The following will apply to the scope of work as Conditions of Service
In this document it is understood that the term “Easy Squeegee” represents all parties including subcontractors to Easy Squeegee.
All work is guaranteed to be as specified, and performed in accordance with specifications submitted for the work, and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner, for the sum as stated in the agreement.
Easy Squeegee holds the right to refuse service at any time.
- You agree to limit liability and not hold Easy Squeegee responsible for scratched glass or window frames from razor blades or scrapers, loose or fallen window coverings, or accidental damage to property placed in front of windows.
- Unless explicitly listed in the agreement Easy Squeegee does not perform: Hard-water stain removal, paint or foreign residue removal, inside-skylight cleaning or partition glass cleaning.
The use of razor blades and scrapers
If you do not choose to have us use razor blades or scrapers, you must inform Easy Squeegee before the cleaning process starts. Razor blades and scrapers are standard professional tools and may safely remove limited construction debris from quality glass when used correctly.
Easy Squeegee will not be liable for microscopic or time‐delayed scratches that become visible after cleaning.
Cancellation of work
All cancellations should be made within 3 days of booking; changes to repeat service also require 3 days’ notice or extra charges may apply.
Electronic communication consent
You consent to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures electronically in connection with your account and our services.
